Artist's Description
After two years I was finally able to visit my family in Prestwick, Ayrshire, Scotland again. We were really lucky because nearly the whole time it was sunny and warm, so we visited the beach as often as we could. On one evening the sunset was especially stunning, this image here is from this day - the sun is being reflected in the ocean and gives the waves an orange look, so beautiful! When you look at the picture, can you feel the calming effect?

Hi, I'm Kathrin. I love to travel (Cook Islands/Aitutaki for me was heaven on earth, picture postcard perfect) and to take photos. For years now I have accumulated tons of pictures on my harddrive, I always wanted to do something "good" with them, but never had the courage to actually do it, until now. It would make me very happy when those photos, that have a sentimental value for me, make another person happy as well while eg. drinking hot cocoa out of their new mug with one of my photos on it and thinking "life, in this moment, is good".
