Hi, Kathrin. I absolutely love this photograph, and I agree with you 1000% about the Cook Islands. I also took a lagoon cruise around the motus of Aitutaki in 2019, and I was in awe. Your photo really captures the amazing colors and atmosphere of Aitutaki and the South Pacific. I am hoping to return in another year or two.

Thank you so much for your nice comment, Toni! It is always nice to hear of people that also went to the Cook Islands and feel/felt the same way I did :) I've never seen such true blue colors of the ocean before. I definitely plan to go back there again as well some day soon, the urge to do this grows bigger and bigger the more I look at the photographs and write with people like you about it.

Thank you very much for your comment, Nancy :) Yes! If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it's real either. The whole Aitutaki lagoon is just so so pretty! I want to fly back there again one day for sure.
