Artist's Description
When I travelled around in Canada for half a year in 2016, the Banff National Park area was one of my favourite destinations. On a one day trip I visited Sunshine Meadows and did a guided hiking tour there. This photograph is one of many I took, that represents the beauty of this area. You can see Rock Isle Lake and Larix Lake that are embedded in mountains with green trees, farther away you can see the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains with snow covered peaks - Mt. Assiniboine being one of them.

Hi, I'm Kathrin. I love to travel (Cook Islands/Aitutaki for me was heaven on earth, picture postcard perfect) and to take photos. For years now I have accumulated tons of pictures on my harddrive, I always wanted to do something "good" with them, but never had the courage to actually do it, until now. It would make me very happy when those photos, that have a sentimental value for me, make another person happy as well while eg. drinking hot cocoa out of their new mug with one of my photos on it and thinking "life, in this moment, is good".
