Artist's Description
A seagull was walking at the shore of the Baltic Sea, trying to catch something to eat. When all of a sudden a giant wave swallowed the bird completely. This was such a funny scene! And I am so happy that I caught this precious moment on camera. After the wave subsided, the seagull recovered from the shock and went on with its business as nothing ever happened - almost human like ;)

Hi, I'm Kathrin. I love to travel (Cook Islands/Aitutaki for me was heaven on earth, picture postcard perfect) and to take photos. For years now I have accumulated tons of pictures on my harddrive, I always wanted to do something "good" with them, but never had the courage to actually do it, until now. It would make me very happy when those photos, that have a sentimental value for me, make another person happy as well while eg. drinking hot cocoa out of their new mug with one of my photos on it and thinking "life, in this moment, is good".
